develop and implement the division\'s loss prevention programs and strategies by delivering the highest level of customer service to our \"internal customers\", research, while exhibiting a high level of honesty and integrity
initiation, district, investigation & management of internal cases involving the division\'s stores, and preparation of detailed case reports on investigations conducted; to include general loss interviews to determine areas of potential exposure
develop partnerships with regional, and develop relationships with other loss prevention professionals within the region to help maintain and effective knowledge of regional theft activities
implement and maintain the loss prevention audit program and provide positive feedback to all levels of management
