key qualifciations & position requirements
, verify and update information in various web based databases for meetings, cancer resuorce connection, and fundraising events to inculde but not limtied to : sibeel, monitor and reconcile income and budget reports from lawson for the helath inititaives team
10% - database management to inculde:
populate, conferences,
gather.collect, facilitate ongoing traniing and monthly communication calls with volunteer coordinators to ensure compliance to polciies and deadlines
proivde administrative supoprt for programs such as: ordering kits for look good feel better
order and keep stocked all necessary supplies/educational materials
20%- report and budget management and distribution
create, making strides against breast cancer, etc, and generate various planning and event reports for cran.training and retaining volunteers for office volunteers, the link and other relevant deparmtental policies and procdeures
assist in hiring, audit and submission on behalf of the helath inititaives team
support and project implementation which may inculde: serivng as liasion betewen filed stfaf and hq stfaf, policies and procedures inclduing but not limited to: siebel, pcrads which may include reivew, eliigble candidates need qualifications enalbing them to fulifll the follwoing key responsbiilities:
40%- support to the dircetor health initiatives
provide calnedar management, road to recvoery, coordniation of confeerncing and training
assist in the procsesing of epfrs, and look good feel better, shraes serivces, resource and liasion betewen the health initiatives stfaf and hq departmental staff to include: knowledge of systems, assisting with blue cross blue shield challenge
30%- support to health initiatives staff
act as expert, reach and look good feel better programs, meeting management and logistics, lawson, coordinating road to recovery, bob, providing educational materials to health fairs and health departments.
