h) train customers in the use of the informatics software.
e) train other customer support cetner (csc) employees on middelware software features and troubleshooting.
3. support customer acquisition.specialists will collaborate with sales representatives to close new business, interact with customers\' laboratory and it personnel to craft effective solutions, perform installation and integration work to facilitate highly automated laboratory operations, and provide customized consulting services to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.knowledge of pascal a plus.
