qualifications
required:
bachelor's degree or equivalent expeirence
minimum 5 yeras relevant business expeirence within sales, data, purchasing or trading environments
knowledge of a process, as necessary
identify risks and design controls to mitigate or eliminate risks
communicate designs within the design team and with otehr stakeholders/teams such as security control and compliance (scc) and change, diagnose, and solve production issues if escalated to the proejct team
testing - 10 %
develop and execute testing cases and scripts following quality management policies, or inforamtion functional designs
translating business requirements into business process and systems design
supproting the business unit (bu) data conversion and validation requirements, including remedial training (if necessary), communciation and education (cce)
work with the modeling team to ensure designs are properly modeled and updated in aris
ensure activity designs are properly documented and updated
work with the project management office (pmo) to ensure updates are made to the appropriate deliverables maintained in clearquest
troubleshoot, solutioning break/fix tasks and miscellaneous trouble-shooting
training content development - 10%

the senior design analyst designs and analyzes processes, data or information. dispute resolution and product-related questions, the process also includes providing support and services for customers related to order tracking, complaints.
