job description scope and responsibilities:
the director of global diversity and inclusion will further refine, deliver and drive d&i strategies and inititaives to support abobtt\'s growth globally and achieve the company\'s diversity and inclusion vision.

o partner with talent acquisition and organization develpoment staff to address training, recruiting, on-boarding, and recruitment outreach programs related to d&i.
. devleop and communicate internal reporting and communications to demonstrate the busniess impact of d&i initiatives globally.demonstrates a strong desire to accomplish tangible results.
. analyze metrics and research on d&i best practices and benchmarks as input to designing and implementing initiatives.

as the functional leader of the diversity and inclusion council, this individual will be called upon to provide business acmuen, charied by the ceo/chiar of abbott.develop and levreage a wide vareity of relationships with key opiinon leaders at all leevls of the organization to establish sponsroship and credibility for d&i initiatives. interntaional experience is required.
