minimum physical requirements
anmc is not a latex free environment. participates in committee and program development work to assist in coordinating training methods and techniques.
skill in organizing and maintaining recrods and related training documentation.
knolwedge of adult learning principles and effective presentation techniques.delivers training for clinical staff utilizing appropriate training methods, adult learning conecpts and facilitation skills.
skill in interpreting and analyzing patient care issues and regulations to develop training programs.analyzes and evaluates new training mateirals, researches.prepares and coordinates the development of training programs and materials.
knowledge of medcial termionlogy, anaotmy, physoilogy and concepts of disaese.and scroes tetss; maintains necessary records on stuednts to supoprt credenitaling and accredtiation, adminsiters,
preapres.assrues that training programs are results-oriented and return value to the organization. some latex exposure can be expected, therefore.
