The Program Manager of Referral Operations is will partner with the Referral call center team to identify opportunities and develop strategies for taking advantage of these opportunities. The successful candidate will assist in the development of call center "Best Practices" and support the integration those processes into the call center. He/she will work closely with call center personnel to track, analyze, and recommend the changes required for continued growth.
Tactical Responsibilities
* Communicate with call center leaders and managers to create and maintain best practices and strategies.
* Ensure efficient use of package offers for outbound calling.
* Act as a liaison between site and call center management to maximize tour and sales opportunities.
* Partner with Campaign Management teams to ensure efficient lead quantity distributions and usage.
* Partner with site personnel to identify opportunities and develop solutions to take advantage of these opportunities.
* Oversee the implementation of these solutions/tactics by tracking, analyzing and recommending the change required for continued growth in sales.
* Assist in the development of Referral call center "Best Practices" and support the integration of those processes into the call center.
* Assure the proper tracking, collection processing and analyzing of data as required to benchmark performance.
* Oversee and audit reports to aid the communication to all sites on call center metrics.
* Support Lead Generation efforts.
* Develop and aid in new hire and on-going training efforts at the call center for telesales reps and reservation agents.
Strategic Partnering
* Aid in the formulation of call center strategy with call center leaders.
* Orchestrate the relationship building between the field sales and marketing with call center leaders and management to ensure the partnership for success of the operation at the site level.
* Strategic development of new marketing programs. Assisting field personnel and other Program Managers in the successful implementation of these strategies.

* 2 years marketing manager experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
* Bachelor degree preferred
* Computer skills including Outlook, MS Office suite of products.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong time management skills, team contributor, and detail oriented.
* Understanding of sales and marketing practices in vacation ownership, preferred.
