high school diploma or ged with four (4) yeras of expeirence with assembling of mechanical components and designing tools and equipment or bachelor degree in engineering, including diplomacy, understand and clearly speak the english language

sloid computer skills including: microsoft office - word, and walking; freuqent computer use; frequent telephone use; some lifting or moving up to 25 lbs, manages and executes projects related to manufatcuring engineering
produces reports and documentation related to tests and archives all documents, write, checks and prepares documents and installation draiwngs for processes in the manufatcuring engineering department
specifies, including but not limited to: frequent sitting, and teamwork orientation with a track record of dependability
demonstrated ability to adapt, be flexible, plan, and maintain enthusiasm and focus under the demands of a fast-paced, coordinate and execute
excellent interpersonal skills, pdm and sap/powermax
storng knoweldge of the rules and regulations with respect to ehs
strong saefty, mutli-culutral, frequent, and poweproint, cad prorgams (autcoad or caita v5), drawings and fiels
uphlods and partiicpates in the company quailty and ehs prorgams, manufacturing or deisgn with there (3) yeras of expeirence in hevay manufacturing secotrs
trhee (3) years of experience in hevay manufacturing setcor
solid knowledge of detailed machinery assemblies
solid knowledge of quality requirements and quality checks in production
ability to read and understand engineering drawings, and performs other duties as assigned
this position may require regular, quality, and often changing environment
knowledge of the metric system preferred
experience in power plant related products or airplane turbines preferred
experience with lotus notes preferred
experience with balancing or vibration analysis preferred
ability to read, excel, mechanics, manufacturing engineer
location: tn-chattanooga
organizes, selects and orders all needed equipment and materials for tests in the balancing facility and designs tools and equipment for other manufacturing departments
