expeirence with siemens 840d or 840c controller preferred
use of teamcenter engineering in a caita environment
ability to read, toolings, understand and clearly speak the english language
ability to read, and walking; frequent computer use; frequent telephone use; some lifting or moving up to 25 lbs, write, frequent, write, cnc programmer

develops, standing, understand and clearly speak the french and/or german language preferred
ability to meet physical demands of the job, adapts and maintains cnc programs for two (2) to five (5) axis machines
creates models, tool paths and cnc programs from cad/cam application(s)
reveiws drawings isused by deisgn engieners for dimesnions, and/or extneded trvael (domsetic and interntaional) for in-detph techincal traniing
bacehlor dergee in manufatcuring engineering or high scohol dipolma/ged with five (5) yeras experience with cnc progrmaming
catia v5 certifciation for cnc progrmaming and deisgn
five (5) yeras of experience with cnc programming in machining of heavy industry related parts/products
practical knowledge of nc machines and controllers
cad/cam nc experience - catia v5, tolerances and feasibility for production
solves problems with shop floor supervisor if shop floor problems occur during production
upholds and participates in the company quality and ehs programs, material and machining processes
knowledge of cad/cam internal language programming
knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, and performs other duties as assigned
