well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex techincal matters.
skilled at conveying technical positions to customers, suppliers and partners.
primary responsibilities:
provide input and guiadnce during bid preparation including accurate scope definition and design specifications aligned with customer requierments, and proejct performance requirements, technical standards.
