Position Description Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK]. Identifies key stakeholder project objectives and requirements. Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans. Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management. Support organizational metrics and initiatives.

Extensive, specialized ability to create comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant Business Unit projects. Extensive, specialized ability to identify time frames for key project milestones, ensure alignment of sub tier activities for overall project visibility, tracking and completion, direct and manage more complex project schedules requiring interfacing with multi regional or international activities, independently identify project resource requirements, and integrate and direct multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have experience using project management scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Milestones, or equivalent)?
Do you have a minimum of 5 years project management and/or change board experience?
Typical Education/Experience Bachelor\'s degree and typically 10 or more years\' related work experience, a Master\'s degree and typically 8 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information Prefer previous experience managing major Shared Services or Human Resources Projects.
