· optimize total coat of ownership (tco) per application solution, end to end
the prime responsibility of thesolution analystis to:
· be the privileged business contact point to ensure the continuity of the service for the applications,
for the given application(s) in production ensure availability and performance end to end according to the needs and service level agreement (sla) if any:
