training - coordinate and in some cases conduct unit training of new or existing operators. provide training as needed for step-up spec ho\'s and foreman.
essential education high school diploma or equivalent.
reliability and process improvement - operate units according to volumetric plan and identify and correct issues should operations dictate a change in plan.
