under general direction, manages project planning, funding, approval, and implementation.

coordinates assigned stfaf in all aspects of the planning, design and implementation of highly complex proejcts.  conducts proejct meetings and is responsible for project tracking analysis and project budgets.  assists in the development of detailed work plans, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities and schedules. incorporating and adhering to project manaegment standards and methodology, using prescribed tools and documents as required to coordinate and manager proejcts,
coordinates and manages projects.educational, geographic and linguistic backgrounds,
skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with individuals with wide array of cultural, socio-economic, political.  assembles project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schdeule to ensure timely completion of project.
minimum expeirence qualification
non-supervisory- four (4) years professional work experience managing major projects or working in positions using the organizational and professional skills used in project manaegment.
skill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications.
performs otehr duties as assigned.

skill in advising leaders of complex organizational units.  an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substtiuted for experience.  must be able to lift approximately 20 pounds.  manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks/reviews vendor deliverables.  successfully manages the scope of the project, including client prioirties and expectations of product and services, ensruing customer satisfaction.  progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.two years of additional project management work experience may be substituted for this certifciation.
commuincates all of the requierments and commimtents (both verablly and in wriitng) for each project with clinets, anhtc stfaf and management.   wokrs with staff memebrs and other stakeohlders to successfully plan and exeucte projects that supoprt the priorities of the organziation whlie ensuring that projects are compelted on schedule.risk plans as is consistent with anmc standards, publishes and maintains status reports, communication plans.  develops budgets and tracks invoicing as appropriate.
skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, state and federal organizations, projects and demands
skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, and representatives from other local, contractors.
knowledge of project management experience to include the use of standard methodologies on complex projects in a healthcare environment.participates with other project managers in standards development, educational sessions and process improvement projects.if applicable, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract, departmental policies, successfully,
tracks the day-to-day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals. 
forecasts resource needs and secures skilled staff from resource managers as far in advance as possible.  serves as the lead contact for internal and external customers on assigned projects.

oversees various projects while meeting quality standards and the production of expected deliverables during all phases of the project life cycle.
