preparation and review of varoius corporate and operational documents and agreements on behalf of the various mangaed assocaitions, policies and other isuses or concerns of the association and resort as they arise, review and response to complaints, and the research.covenants and bylaws, and providing advise to resort management in the understanding and operation of property documents,
interpretation and the analyzing of condominium and timeshare documents, including declarations.rentals contracts and purchase agreements,
drafting, cost sharing and use agreements leases, reviewing, researching and negotiating various corporate and transactional documents on behalf of wvo, releases, including without limitation management and serivce provider agreements. the canddiate who assumes this role will be responsible for the following specific tasks:
litigation functions:
supervision of non-employment litigation involving all wyndham vacation ownership, inc. car rentals & other goods & services, wyndham green, short & long term disability, life insurance & educational assistance amongst others

resort operations functions:

providing regular reports to senior management regarding the status of pending litigation.

undergraduate and law school degree
admission to practice before the bar of at least one jurisdiction and admitted as authorized house counsel in fl, if not admitted in fl
2-4 years of practicing experience (2 years in litigation)
strong drafting and negotiation skills
ability to travel when required by events
timeshare/hospitality experience preferred but not required
participation in jury and bench trials, with significant "second chair" experience is preferred
participation in and knowledge of class action matters is also preferred.
