Job Description
We are seeking a seasonedMicroStrategy Professionalto lead the reporting development. The candidate needs to be self-starter with ability to lead, design, develop MicroStrategy reports. The Candidate must have at least 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of Hands-on development experience with MicroStrategy products.
Required Skills
* Lead the project independently and communicate with Business Analysts, ETL developers and QA team.
* Administer the MicroStrategy environment
* Design and develop MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
* Ability to work independently and as a team player with minimal supervision and effectively meet project deadlines.
* Lead and Mentor the team and business users on MicroStrategy
* Good communication and documentation skills.
Required Experience
* Minimum 10 years of total IT experience
* 5+ years of Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence experience
* 5+ years of Hands-on development experience with MicroStrategy products.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the MicroStrategy tool suite (I-Server, Architect, Desktop, Web, Narrowcast, OLAP Services and Report Services).
* MicroStrategy Administration and Development, including installation, configuration, project design and implementation highly desirable.
* Experience in designing complex reports for Data marts and Adhoc reporting.
* Strong problem solving/analytical skills.
* Experience with MicroStrategy SDK is a plus
* Certification and/or solid knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts preferred. Familiarity with ETL concepts.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
