Overview:
Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Inside Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
.Answers overflow phone lines for sales in a professional manner.
.Sorts and distributes faxes efficiently and timely to the sales staff.
.Confirms customer specification to a specific heat for sales.
.Assists in entering routine quotes into the sales system and determines stock availability.
.Enters orders into the sales system upon authorization from sales personnel.
.Maintains records of related information.
.Checks confirming customer purchase orders consistent with established district procedures and submit to the intranet.
.Expedites all buyouts for sales and assists with sourcing material from buyout sources prior to purchasing material.
.Works with Programs Coordinator to input and critique item analyses and update Total Service Commitment contracts.
.Coordinates projects with Inside Sales Reps and Inside Sales Manager.
.Assists Inside Sales in any non-direct sales related issues necessary to service an account.
.Coordinates efforts between departments in order to expediently respond to a customer\'s need.
.Tracks vendor performance.
.Investigates past due invoices on dispute list.
.Performs other related work as assigned.
Qualifications:
.High School diploma or equivalent required
.Some college coursework preferred

.Analytical and organizational skills
.Ability to multi-task
.Decision making skills
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Math aptitude
.Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred
Experience:
.General office experience
.Any sales related experience a plus
