Position Description Boeing Defense Space & Security is seeking Structural Design Engineers to be responsible for design of new and modified structure for the P-8 Aircraft a 737 Military Derivative. Candidate is required to become proficient using CATIA Version 5. Perform structural design, create 3D models, integrate design, and create drawings utilizing CATIA (Computer Aided Three-Dimensional Interactive Application), ENOVIA (Enterprise InNOVation Interactive Application) and IVT (Integration Visualization Tool).

Basic knowledge of computer aided design tools and systems (e.g., computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), computer aided three dimensional interactive (CATIA), Mentor Graphics, Unigraphics). Typical Education/Experience Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Other Job related information Position requires a minimum of a BS Degree, preferred in the following disciplines: MECHANICAL, CIVIL, AEROSPACE/AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING. ABET accreditation preferred. Must include GPA on resume to be considered if applying externally.
