Supervisor, Manufacturing
Will be responsible for supervising ateam of manufacturing technicians. Responsible for the timely manufacturing and documentation of sterile clinical and commercial products following CGMP’s and in-house SOP’s. This includes the execution of designated schedules to meet customer and marketing demands, development of processes and SOP’s leading reproducibility and compliance, promoting training and proper record keeping and instilling an attitude of quality with productivity.
Qualifications includeBS degree in related field with 2+ years related experience or HS/equivalent with 10+ years related experience. Experience in aseptic processing of commercial or clinical parenterals required. Requires experience with manufacturing equipment/processes that comply with regulatory requirements. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software; be experienced with GMP’s, SOPs; and possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to coach, train and mentor employees.
