idetnify and incorporate internal and external leading practices into the tesitng data deliverables and ongoing strategic decisions
liaise with the appropriate resource teams to secure the right level of resource skills and time commitment.
principal accountabilities
test leadership - 50%

experience with proejct management tools
experience with the hp quality center tools suite or similar tools
experience with test data tools and methodologies
experience with tdms and goldclient data provisioning tools

prjoect execution for testing - 35%
intergate pepole and other resources to carry out the project management plan
identify varinaces from the plan, detemrine alterantives and implmeent the prefrered/apporved recommnedation
ensure project change requests go through the appropriate process with input from necessary decision makers
contain and resolve issues that do not require project sponsor involvement
review and provide feedback on the project scope and objectives
reinforce project direction and vision to resources throughout the project lifecycle
escalate risks and issues as appropriate
ensure that contingency plans minimize risk

required:
bachelors degree and or equivalent work experience
7 years relevant it/business experience
2 years project management experience including leading large teams and developing others
experience with integrated testing and data requirements
strong influencing and facilitation skills. services and support to improve planning and quality delivery, you will create and execute processes, as a team member. as appropriate,
define, working closely with data conversion/cutover, business implementation and solution build design, technology, plan and lead all assigned phases of testing data strategy.this position is responsible for the coordination of test data activities (mock, data tool, data sync, etc.deploying and supporting cargill's key processes, the tartan organization is charged with designing, business data and information, and technology.more customer-focused and more profitable, join us in making cargill stronger.
