minimum of 2 years in a tech support role in a large corporate environment
prior experience with a wireless carrier and its it infrastructure strongly preferred
2-3 years experience in a fast-paced 24x7 operations environment in a technical support role
basic knowledge of incident management or ticketing systems (remedy, service-now, etc)

- troubleshoot & track escalated production issues via internal ticketing system (servicenow)
- conduct low-level system/application administration and assist in automating tasks
- gather & analyze data regarding system issues and compile post-mortem reports
- maange outage bridges and drive systems issues to resolution
- work with project management to ensure new and upcoming features incorporate appropriate operational requirements
- work with project management/qa team to ensure systematic production issues (bugs) are addressed in a timely fashion

- basic knowledge of system administration (windows, linux, shell scripting)
- basic knowledge of the system development life cycle (sdlc)
- basic knowledge in testing software and systems
associates degree in computer science, coldfusion,
strong working knowledge of the following technology areas:
