basic purpose:
a phleobtomy services represnetative ii, under the direction of the area supervisor ensures that the daily activities of the patient serivce center (psc)/mobile/in-office phlebotomy (iop) are completed accurately and on time. may direct daily activity at a psc having stfaf of more than two psr i\'s, under guidance of area supervisor.
