scope of responsibilities/expectations
coordinate receipt of & storage of terminals/accessories for alpha & beta testing; helm weekly meetings for beta application development, alpha testing & beta testing; prepare issue reports & review with core team for mechanical alpha & beta testing; finalize survey & ppt for beta nominations & send to technical operations team for distribution to technical architect leads and regional product managers; post web tool survey for beta nominations;
schedule 1:1 meetings with potential beta sites & account teams;
schedule beta site select meeting; helm & present at 2-day beta & \"hands-on-training\" in solution center; send out legal documents to selected beta sites with beta accept notification; distribute weekly survey & issue results to teams throughout beta testing; coordinate bug scrubs with core team for alpha & beta testing; work with team to assign level of importance of issues found during beta test; schedule & attend report outs by technical architects & compile ppts into one (1) master ppt; update technical architect report card throughout beta test; coordinate exchange of unit(s) as needed throughout beta test from spare pool; visit beta sites during beta test & experience our \"beta testing\" in-action; compile final beta survey & issue reports; share \"scrubbed\" beta issues with technical architect community & resolution thereof; prepare & present ppt for close-out meeting with sr. management

4 year under graduate degree a plus
superior written and oral communications skills
