Job Description
TheHelpdesk Associatewill work in our rapidly expanding IT department and be responsible for providing technical support to users (both store and corporate) via e-mail and phone (90% of the time).
Required Skills
* Facilitate and/or resolve corporate and store IT issues
* Follow up on all user maintenance requests
* Provide Level 1 support for all store hardware issues
* Provide Level 1 support for all corporate and warehouse Desktop hardware issues and software issues with off the shelf software such as Microsoft Office
* Notify management of any unauthorized incidents or events
Required Experience
* 1 year of helpdesk support experience in a fast-paced office setting
* Excellent trouble shooting skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
* Candidate must be available to work multiple shifts as needed
