job summary
essential duties and responsibilities
the essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, documented, health and safety, implemented and maintained in accordance with corporate or otehr guidelines, ovearll goal: represent psm filed serivce actiivties on safety issues and enusre that health and safety manaegment sytsem (gems) requierments are established, the following:

·maintain recrods of all filed serivce employees training recrods and ensure they are current
·develop filed serivce technician ojt training and promotion ladder
·support continued develpoment of filed serivce engineer training program
·conduct all safety related training for all field service full time and sub-contract employees or manage 3rdparty training when applicable.
·generates and implements ehs related workload permits, performs other tasks as directed by management.
·keeps informed of all applicable federal and state related requierments and provides advance notice of any potential impact to the operation.fast-paced. and testing technologies to ensure that our products are the best on the market, manufacturing techniques, we apply the latest analytical tools.

·perform on site training for continued development of field service employees
minimum requierments
education
· bachelor's or associates degree in health/safety or related field, or 10 years of industry experience.
·participates as the primary contact for field service during osha inspections and reports inspection results to management.
·acts as technical advisor to site personnel and operations requesting safety guidance, and ensures proper safety procseses and training required by osha are available.
·actively support training activities related to busniess processes, quality management system or other quality related matters
·conduct intrenal audits of the management system to verify both conformance to and performance of existing business processes
·support preparation and execution of external audits
·align with business improvement activities to initiate correction action (projects) based on specific measurements taken for various process indicators.ensure all psm required field service specific training is obtained.
·lead accident and near-miss investigations to uncover root cause, recommend preventative measures to prevent reoccurrences. ensures proper remedial follow-up when necessary.osha 300 log, etc, e. accident reports.wi, overall goal: ensure that the business processes for all field service and on site activities are proeprly mangaed, fomrs and other management system docuemnts that satsify cusotmer requirements and are compilant with iso 9001:2008, meausred, internal conrtol requirements and alstom diretcives,

·ensure complteeness and corretcness of field service records
·continue development of quality and field service site procdeures
·analyze cusotmer specifciations regadring quality requirements

·compiling cusotmer quality documentation for field service
·preparation of project/order specific inspection and test plans
·coordination of customer acceptance inspections on site

·promotes and insures all associates working on customer sites and field service operations are complying with applicable project/site rules & regulations, gems, and other related company policies and procedures as well as all osha regulations.by providing critical aftermarket components to the industrial gas turbine / power generation industry, we keep the lights on across the world.

knowledge/experience
· 2-4 years in a field service environment
· knowledge of excel, asp, cpr, chst, demonstrating initiative and ownership
· willing to travel up to 50%
· personality & ability to work within a multi cultural environment
