the business (real estate and facility assets) consultant should be a facilities manaegment or corporate real estate professional with experience in a real estate intensive environment such as the property depatrment in a blue chip organziation or a large public sector organization, a facilities management supplier or a relevant techincal or management consultancy.
perosnal achieevment in one or more of the following:
?- corporate real estate or property management;
?- corporate real estate advisory work; and
