TheParalegalin theRegistration Departmentplays a vital role in achieving the department goals and objectives of maintaining existing registered inventory for the sales locations. This position may also be responsible for achieving the regulatory compliance of the Company's leisure products thereby enabling the lawful sale of such products and for ad hoc projects as assigned. These tasks are accomplished through the preparation and submission of product registrations to regulatory agencies (state time share and real estate commissions and attorneys general) in accordance with applicable legal requirements of each agency. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining various reports for tracking of the registration processes and budgets. This is an entry-level position for the technical knowledge required for registration of Company products.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Gather information and prepare registration renewals.
* Review and revise disclosure materials, amend registrations filings as necessary to maintain accurate product information and representations, and prepare and update requisite reports. Communicate with sales any changes to the public offering statement or other legal documents.
* Assimilate, organize and develop project data to create public offering disclosures required for the sale of Company products.
* Research, information gathering and assimilation of legal and product data for the preparation and development of registration filings required to allow for the sale of Company products. Interpretation, comprehension and application of statutory regulations are required to accomplish this task.

Job Qualifications:
* Associate degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
* 6-12 Months experience in a Registration department or 1-3 years in a legal secretarial role is preferred.
* A writing sample will be requested at time of interview.
* Proficient in all MS applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Must be able to deal effectively with a wide range of people and project a positive and cooperative attitude to regulatory officials.
* Must be able to research, understand and apply state and federal laws which apply to the registration and sale of company products.
* Must be able to deal with the complexity of the various laws and regulations which apply to the company's leisure products.
* Must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle several projects simultaneously
