Chenega Government Consulting, LLC (CGC), a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a world-wide, diversified professional engineering and services company, is seeking a Program Analyst.
This support will assist the Program Office in providing continuous and viable architectural and engineering solutions in developing, executing, and managing on-going facility solutions to include, but not be limited to: program and project management, planning, program analysis, project execution, leasing, operations and maintenance, construction oversight, energy and environmental management and compliance, scheduling, cost estimation, acquisition analysis, market research, change management, risk management, and site assessments.

?Serve as an analyst and/or advisor on a range of program activities requiring application of a wide range of qualitative and or quantitative methods for assessment of management processes, systems, and mission support programs impacting CBP, such as: budget methodology and control; statistical research; performance measurement; information systems; management techniques and theories; organizational structure; planning and control systems; and public and Congressional liaison, policy and other programs.
?Plan and conduct special studies, independently or as part of a team, to include but not limited to: providing advice and developing and evaluating policies in assigned areas of responsibility.
?Develop and evaluate policies, processes, and procedures in assigned program areas, and recommending actions to achieve organizational and future program objectives and improvements.
Minimum Qualifications

.Possess strong financial, analytical and written skills to perform the specified work requirements.
.Extensive knowledge in preparation of budget documentation and demonstrated experience in analysis of budget execution data.
.Experience analyzing processes and work flows, formulating process improvement recommendations, analyzing technical/programmatic information, and preparing high-level presentations.
.Understanding of accountability and reporting of financial data so that all receipts and expenditures can be summarized and reported periodically to managers and customers.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in related field and three to five years of related experience.
